Secind attempt (First post disappeared!)
How to stop fences from flipping over when dragging any fences to the top of any monitor? Title bars flips from top to botton of fence.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. This behavior is by design. If you wish not to have the Fence title move to the bottom, just don't move it too close to the screen top border.
