Incorrect Message

from GalCiv4 Forums

I downloaded the new version (1.51.375185.1) and started a new game with a new Custom Civ.  I noticed that when my cursor moved outside of the distance that I can travel, the message in the screen snapshot below pops up.  I do not believe that the Subspace Streaming tech will increase my allowed travel range.  Should the message instead say something like "Outside your travel range."?

I reported this way back in the early days of GC4.  After a while I no longer noticed it, maybe because the starting range had increased.  With the decrease in range in 1.51, I noticed it again and reported it on Discord yesterday.

Once Subspace Streaming is researched, the message changes to this.

I suggested it should be that way all the time.

The following screen snapshot shows that you are correct.  It shows a Subspace Gate proving that I have now researched Subspace Streaming, the border showing the limit of how far I can travel, and the description which now says "Distance Out of Range". I agree with your assertion that the message should ALWAYS say "Distance Out of Range".

Thanks for the catch, I'll add it to my usual report, I do agree that distance out of range makes more logical sense
