Description Modification Needed

I was looking at the "Module Effects" for the "Interstellar Defense Module" and, if taken literally, it implies that it has no effect (-25%, +25%).  However, I think you mean to say that the player's ships go faster and the enemy ships go slower.  Perhaps your new English Major editor could take a look at this when they take a break from fixing all of the typos and grammar issues.
