Proposal for Minor Faction Diplomacy Improvement

I have a suggestion regarding the diplomacy of minor factions. I think it would be more interesting if minor factions had more diplomatic options beyond just being allies or enemies. Perhaps they could form trade agreements or establish cultural exchanges. This would add more depth to the game and make interactions with minor factions more dynamic. What do you think?

It's an interesting concept, and please note that theres plenty of plans for minor factions such as turning them into quest givers, but we also don't want to make them too prominent either. Appreciate the suggestion, it's worth thinking over.
