Bug? Cannot drag 'n' drop from start menu to desktop

Hello everybody.
I run Win11 Pro (build 22621.1635) on two different computers and in both I use Start11 (version 1.44) with a StartMenu Win10 style.
On one of the two PCs I did not install MS Office 2021 ProPlus and dragging a program/app from the Start Menu I was able to drop it on the Desktop. On the other PC, after the MS Office 2021 ProPlus was installed I noticed that:
1. The "New" attribute below the name of the MS Office programs stays there even if I have already launched them.
Please note that if I switch to Microsoft Win 11 Start Menu no "New" attribute is present;
2. From that time on, I was not able to drag & drop anymore any program/app from the Start Menu to Desktop, while if I switch to Microsof Win11 Start Menu the drag & drop is ok.
To confirm this strange behaviour, in the PC where no Office was installed (and everyting was working) I decided to install Office, too. From that moment on the behaviour of this PC was identical to the other one. Even when I uninstalled MS Office the effect was not reversed.

Please note that this happens WITH Win10 and Win 11 styles of Start11; NOT with Win7 or Modern Style.
I exported the relevant registry info concerning Start11, ie HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock (and subdir) in a .reg file but it seems that in this forum it is not possible to attach it to a message.

My conclusion was that (for the moment, I hope!) I had to disable the Start11 Start Menu hoping in a solution of the problem

A last thing: also the uninstallation and reinstallation of Start11 was able to change the situation.

Solved!

For those who are interested, I'll report below the images of the working/not working conditions.
For the drag & drop of programs/apps from the Start Menu to the Desktop, the relevant option is in the Menu Start > Configuration > Advanced.
Here, the item "Show the list of the app in the Start Menu" must be "On" and not "Off".
However, maybe I misunderstood the Italian translation of this item, but it seems to me very similar to the following item, ie "The StratMenu should open showing the list of all the programs".
Anyway now it works!

Hi all!

unfortunately I must re open this thread.
In factin 3 out 4 computers in which I installed Start11 1.44 at tjhe end I was able to drag & drop items (= shortcut to programs) from Start Menu (Win 10 style) to Desktop. Please note that *all* my PC have Windows 11 Pro (latest official version ie 22621.1702).
I exported Registry Start11 relevant section from one of these computer and I imported into the fourth PC but despite that, I wasn't able to get the same resut in this PC.
Moreover, as reported in the first message of this thread, I noticed that two items of the Start11 (Win 10 style menu) report the attribute "New" even if I have already run them at least once.
In fact if I disable Start11 Start Menu and Igo back to the Win 11 "original" Start Menu and click on the "All Apps" button I access  to a list of installed apps and none of them has the "New" attribute.

Anyone has the same problem?

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Done! Unfortunately no change . #:(  
I applied the file PurgeStartALL.bat file to my PC (one of those I thougth was working) that I tested just before applying the Purge to the PC affected. It showed it had changed its state because I found the problem I'm facing to recurring even in this PC again.>:( X(
