Renewal attempts for Object Desktop fail constantly
Regardless of browser, adblockers, or security, attempts to renew OD fail
Multiple attempts over last two weeks to renew OD from the 'renewal page' that results from pressing Renew in the OD interface for OD. Stardock renewal page comes up in browser (Chrome, Brave, Edge, OperaGX), data is entered, and always results in fail, please contact us.
1st - Contact WHO?...
2nd - Two weeks before the registration expires, and I am having to go into a forum?
3rd - Why can I not renew it from my list of purchases on the Stardock site itself?
And lastly, who is doing the functional production testing of your site and links?... They need to be subjected to an audit, and workflow testing.
