Fences 3 Product key does not work

I have done a fresh installation of Windows 10 and need to reinstall Fences 3. I have the product key. However the product key is said to be invalid when I try to activate. I requested product keys via the link provided but the email I received didn’t include a key for Fences. I contacted Stardock support by email as suggested but they just referred me here.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
