Desktop freezes due to rollup feature

Hi I have 6 fences on the desktop. All are collapsed and only open with mouse over. After some time it always seems to freeze including all other desktop icons. I've reinstalled everything several times with purge. But it doesn't help. Please help

 

If I then hold the mouse over the fence for a longer period of time, the fences and the desktop react again.

I think the problem occurs spontaneously when the widgets are set to full screen in Windows 11. I turned it off and no problems so far.
