Disable Taskbar Animation

Is there anyway to disable taskbar button animation? What I mean by this is (on Windows 10) when hovering a taskbar button, the way it fades to the highlight? For an example the Windows XP/Vista theme doesn't fade into the highlight, it just switches to the button. I see an option to  control the fade in and out,, but checking it does nothing, doesn't bring up a slider or anything. I might be wrong but I do think Windows Blinds 10 DID give a slider? There isnt an option for it in skin studio either

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I don't think there is any setting animation on taskbar button. What I see is there is fade in/out between the normal states and mouse over state. Which I don't know if there is a setting on that.

Is it glitched? I did a Windows 10 VM + WB10 just to see if I was right and the sliders are there? But they aren't present on Windows Blinds 11

That, I believe, for normal button not taskbar button. And that is from WB10, yes? No longer available on WB11.
