Multiplicity connected once, then never again

Won't connect to second computer

Hello,

I was invited to upgrade my previous Object Desktop. In particular, I was interested in Multiplicity to control a second computer so I first downloaded it, installed it, and it worked perfectly.  This included seeing the secondary screen populating and mouse control.

SOOOO...I upgraded my old Object Desktop for the same price (19.99) which included Multiplicity, for the same price as buying Multiplicity as a stand alone...thank you.

BUT, after activating Multiplicity, it has not connected again. KVM is enabled on the secondary system. But the icon in the system tray on the primary system indicates "Not connected". When I open the configuration, the only time it changes to connected is if I opt for the seamless mode.

So, I completely unloaded Multiplicity on both the secondary and primary computers, using Revo uninstaller to removal all traces of Multiplicity and started the process all over again, first installing the secondary, then the primary completely. I rebooted all systems. Same problem.

My was hoping Multiplicity would keep me from having 2 keyboards and 2 mice

My primary system is running W11, my secondary is running W10.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Pradhan

Hello,
I am not a Multiplicity user, but, from what I know Multiplicity in ObjectDesktop is only Multiplcity KM not KVM version. So if you're trying to use the KVM function it will not work. You will need to get the Multiplicity KVM or KVM Pro for that. Refer here:
