I really think that clock is amazing. I like the crystals move too... the drift and spin. I am using them on my desktop. But I was using a different background.... it fits better with my mood, I guess. I do like the background, only it is a little cold looking for Hawaii (i don't do cold well, and that is why I left Colorado for Hawaii long ago). I usually hide all icons from my desktop. That is the first thing I learned to do to customize a computer.

Again, that clock is amazing. I really like it a lot.

Just wanted comments on concept gfx and design.

Well, I thought I might like the sky better with more texture... some clouds or something. But basically, as a personal preference I have been going more for warmer things. I also find myself wanting to have some form of life in my themes... i usually always have grass or fish...

Some big lonely birds, like albatross, circling in the sky might be a nice touch. Long slow gliding birds.... or a single.


But all my stuffs don't really have much to do with your graphics, which are really quite nice! It will be a long time before I give up that clock.

It must have been really hard to get those crystals just so... their spin is so dimensional. Very detailed work getting that done, IMO. And I like the way they kind of drift on the screen.

Thanks! The cubes was worth 2 hours render time each plus about 30-50 min of post render work each too. Clock is wsy worse. I had to render it 72 times. One for each hour and each minute.

Hmm I was thinking about very chilly weather, that usually causes very pale blue/teal sky with no clouds.

Thanks for detailed feedbacks. My skin went down the list pretty fast so it didn't get much chances for feedback.

hehehe.... /me has forgotten much about cold weather.

Actually, now I freeze when it reaches lower 80s.

... and here I am, hoping for colder weather so I can see snow more than once a year.
