All Programs button missing

On a new installation of Start11, on a Windows 10 computer, the All Programs button, that provides a list of installed programs is missing and I have not located a setting to correct this issue.

Check this feature. It might be off. Turn it back on (refer red arrow on screenshot) and see if the "All Programs" button return.
