Upgraded Locked Computer

I've used Stardock for years and accepted an offer to upgrade this morning 7 April 23.  It downloaded the update and asked to restart the computer.  I said yes.  Now the computer is locked on startup showing the bios version.  It won't go any farther even if left for hours.  I can't seem to get into the bios using any of the usual function keys on start up. 

Now what?

This is a gaming computer with current Windows 11 software and has been operating properly in all regards until this update.  I've not had problems with any other update of any other program.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

I know it may seem like it but Start11 had nothing to do with this issue. If at all possible, you want to get your system into a recovery mode. Doing any Google search (on your phone if need be) can guide you.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.  I agree with Sean, if your computer is not even starting Windows then Start11 isn't even doing anything on your computer as it would start after Windows and it doesn't touch any system files.  Not being able to enter the bios suggests a hardware issue.

The issue showed after the update because you rebooted.  I would imagine the same thing would have happened the next time you rebooted.

I hope you get it resolved soon.
