windowsblinds 11 taskbar problem

from Stardock Forums

 am using the latest version of windowsblinds 11  and my  taskbar  is not skinning at all 

  on any skin  i try..... 

 

 cheer for any help

You need Start 11 on top to get Your taskbar skinned. Thanks to Microsoft.

 question...  why is working ok without start11 on my main pc....    but  my other pc i need  start11  ??

 and both pc have windows 11 on and all uptodate

That I don't know, to be honest. There must be differences. Additional tools?
