Hi, I purchased WindowBlinds 11 and Start 11 yesterday, today I decided that I would be better off with Object Desktop, I didn't relise that there was upgrade path I should used and went ahead and paid for Object Desktop on top of the 2 compontents that I paid for yesterday.

Is there any way of getting the discount retrospectively?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
