Dual monitor issue - Fences move

I'm running Windows 11 build22000.1696.  I have Fences 4.10 installed. (have had for for over a year).  I have 2 monitors with most of my fences on my primary monitor and a few on my secondary monitor.    Generally all works great.  However, here is my issue: If my wife switches to her account (she does not use fences) on my computer (while I'm still logged on) and then logs off, when I log back into my account all fences from secondary monitor have moved to primary monitor.  Not a huge deal as I can restore via previous days snap shot.  A bit of an insouciance though.  This has been happening for close to a year, if not longer. Suggestions
