I can't download quite a few of Vampothika's skins i purchased

from Stardock Forums

So i was going about my business updating skins i have bought and found Glitch & Osmosis and a few others too cant be downloaded from my purchase page. They are showing but the link just takes me to the front page of wincustomise. Some of the broken links take me to the actual page for a skin but not the suite that went with it. Can i get some help and an explanation as to why sets have been broken up and links broken?

A few years ago, Vampothika made some/all of her older premium skins free. After some time, she updated them for Windows 10 I think, and reuploaded some/all of them as premium skins again, and my guess is that is the reason why old purchases is no longer available.

By the way, I think JanOscar hit on the reason it occurred.

It's a good idea to make note of your Support ticket number so you can refer to it in the future.
