Align Top stopped working after Windows Update

The Taskbar Align Top function stopped working after Windows updated itself today. I've made sure auto-hide is off, rebooted, and even uninstalled and reinstalled Start 11. Anyone else having this problem?

Resolved. Align Top started working after I added registry key ExpandableTaskbar. See the very end of this linked page:

I just added the key and didn't set a value. I'm guessing the default is 0.
