i want to uninstall start11

In order to transfer start11 to another PC, an error occurs when deleting the program after removing the license, and it cannot be deleted.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge part of this steps as mention here : [Link]. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation.
