Can no longer make the taskbar small with Start11

After updating to the latest Windows 11

It's ignoring the setting completely.  Note I have enhance taskbar on.

If you have an autohide taskbar the only option that can be used is medium.

Are you using an autohide taskbar?

Oh, that's it then.  After turning auto-hide off, I can make it small.  To bad we can't have both, but I'd prefer always up and small than jumbo like it was.
