How Do I Deploy Start11 and Settings (Pinned Items, etc...) to All Users?

I'm in my 30 day trial period with Start11 and am, so far, pretty pleased with it.  But I've only configured it for my administrative user on my test machine.  How can I apply the pinned items, policies, and settings I've developed to ALL users on that system?
