Contantly Restoring Previous Layout

Restoring previous layout several times a day.

I am constantly have to restore a previous layout on the "layout and snapping" section.  I have the latest version.  I have Windows 10.  This has been going on for at least a year.  I reported this once before, but got no response.  I paid for this, and I expect it to be much more stable.  Please respond with solution.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. May I know, why you need to the layout restoring several times a day? The layout switch to different location/monitor, when you play a game or when your system awake from sleep? Also need more details on your system. CONSTANTLY HAVING TO "RESTORE SNAPSHOT" several times a day

To begin, this issue has been happening for over a year, and has never been resolved.

I have 3 monitors.  I manually create the layout of the Fences folders.  Several times a day - sometimes 2 to 3 times per HOUR - the folder positioning returns to a previous layout, even while I using the computer.  I have been temporarily resolving it by using the "restore snapshot" function under "Layout & Snapping."  Previous snapshots go back several months, and I often need to go back 3 or 4 previous layouts before finding the most recent one I created.  I am not able to reproduce this flaw at will.  It just happens on its own.

I have the latest version and have re-downloaded it without success.

This constant exercise has become frustrating.
