Try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after, download the latest "Start11_1.4.0.5-j289-Setup_sd.exe" from your product page. Install that version, reboot immediately again after the installation. Retest and report back. If the issue still there. Also include your Windows 11 full version number. Use Winver.exe to get it.
