Taskbar not going all the way to top of screen

Just updated to the latest version 1.39.1

And after rebooting the taskbar is approx. 5/16" from going all the way to the top of the screen.  Yes I restarted explorer.  rebooted it again. uninstalled it, rebooted, reinstalled it and got the same problem.  Moving it to the bottom and then back didn't fix it either.....

Are you on a tablet?

Also did you intentionally install a Windows update yesterday?

Windows 11 Laptop......with all updates.  Yes I got a Stardock program notice to update......then when it didn't work right after reboots. 

I then downloaded the program and reinstalled.  When I uninstalled I did check to delete the settings also.
