How to Exclude Windows App Store Apps from Theming

Go to the Per Application tab and select the add button.  Then just point it to the program exe file you want to exclude from skinning.

AppStore apps don't appear over there that is the problem I'm facing.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. To exclude all universal application you will need to exclude this "applicationframehost.exe" And you will need to reboot after.
