Win 11 - Shorter Lowest Row

Hi,

When I'm away from my desk (not ENOUGH ;) ) my laptop screen's height is at a premium for Start 11.  The more the better.

Is there any registry value I can modify to make this bottom row to be as short as possible?  Losing the padding above and below the icons as much as possible.
