Clock on secondary monitor not aligned?

Installed Start11 on a fresh installation of Windows 11 and noticed I now have this clock on the secondary monitor on the far left side. It's completely unaligned, sitting close to the top of the bar and looks off. Restarting explorer or the computer doesn't seem to do much, however if I change the visual effects of Windows under System Properties, it jumps to the other side and looks fine... what's going on?
