Installed app but cannot create fence

I download Fences 4 for my Win 10 laptop. When I try to create a Fence, it does nothing. I right-clicked on the desktop and clicked on "Enable Fences" but still nothing. very frustrating I need a Ph.D. to activate this thing.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe this issue is known issue and can be resolve. Try this guide by Support : (reply#47)https://forums.stardock.com/514583/get;3875625. Try that and report back.
