Accidentally deleted page. Is there no way to get it back?

Yeah, I'm stupid. I hadn't backed-up or anything. Didn't think I'd need to.

Can I undelete it? If so, where is the exact location on my hard drive?

What type of page did you delete? Is it in the recycle bin? If so, right click on it and restore it to its previous location.

Your question is needs some fleshing out.

Sorry, I meant, using Start11, a page of the pinned start menu items. But I figured it's not undeletable, so, I just started from scratch. :p Thanks anyway.

Pages and associated shortcuts are stored in the registry only.  There is no undo.  This is why we have the are you sure prompt.
