Does windowblinds have the start11 feature built in so that I can only do the start menu?

Hello,

I don't think that is possible. Windowblinds is more like all or nothing. There is no "pick which part" you want to skin thing. What you can do is, use a Windowblinds skin that you like and mod the Start menu part to your liking and use it on your own system.

Stardock usually do have occasional Offer but I don't know when and what will be the offer package be.
