Unable to Uninstall Fences 3

So I have run through the purge process three times now and every time I have as soon as the popup shows telling me to restart, another popup shows up asking me for my key or to start a trial of fences 3.  How do I get rid of this damn program?  I've checked my startup programs and there is nothing for Stardock or Fences.  Below is what is in the cmd window after running the purge file.
