Dev has come back on this issue. He mentioned that Fences UI is a little different tech rendering vs Windows 11 optimized rendering, Winforms technology vs "native UWP" rendering. I believe this is necessary to ensure that Fences 4 is backward compatible with Windows 10. Hope that answer your question.

Nothing, that is just the way Fences designed. Its priority is to be backward compatible with Windows 10. So, some features in Windows 11 can not be adopted. In this case the crisp font in Windows 11 UI.
