Have you done something to enable that option as a stock Windows 11 install is not showing a run as other user option?

Dear,

Yes i enabled it through a GPO, for the IT team. We are Running Windows 11 Pro and Enterprise.

We heavily use the RSAT tools to manage the Active Directory environment, so we need to use Run as different user everyday.

This is built in in all windows images (not sure for home, but starting from pro) but not activated standard. to simply test, you can add following registry key.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer and there create:

Hi all,

Any updates from Stardock on this one? Its been over two years since there's been a response, but I'm still seeing this issue on Windows 11. Same issue as desribed above - if you right click on the classic Windows 11 start menu, there's an option to "Run as Different User". If you use Start 11, there's no option to "Run as Different User". As everyone has already mentioned in this thread, this option is critical for IT users in a corporate environment.

Thank you!
