Start 11 won't update

Start 11 won't update

I just purchased Start 11 and it says it has an update but when the update screen pops up it does nothing (it never moves from 0%). I have tried several times with many restarts. Any thoughts? I can't find a way to contact support about it either so hopefully someone knows how to fix it :) Thanks!

Sometimes a confirmation dialogue box appears behind other windows. Try moving any other windows around and it may become visible.
