Upgrade Purchase Fences 3 to Fences 4 does not work

Hello all, 

I bought Fences3 for Business with 2 years of premium support last year. Now today I wanted to upgrade to Fences 4 (i.e. buy the new version) and I get the error message: Sorry, you do not qualify for upgrade pricing at this time. Please select a product and proceed to checkout. Try another email

The email is definitely correct. I am very surprised that I can't change for a lower price (despite a 2 year premium support).

Can you please explain to me why I have to pay the full price despite my current contract?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you go to your product account page do you see Fences 3 listed there?https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products .

Great, Please raise support ticket using the link below, Pick Corporate Support : Ask a question. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
