Not letting me get discount for previous purchased version

Hi,

I own fences 3, i want to upgrade to 4, just as a friend of mine did who got the upgrade discount, but for me it does not work it says im not eligible, cna you please fix this so i can get the upgrade discount for fences 4, as the only reason im upgrading is fences 3 doenst seem to work correctly on windows 11 anymore since latest update my fences keep moving every time i wake up the machine my fences are all moved off the screen

I hope the new version fixes this.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. When you checked discount eligibility, did you use the email that linked to your Fences 3 license?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the account management (ask a question). Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
