Why aren't the icon layout shown on the folder preview doesn't correspond with their actual positing in the folder

Talking about this thing:

How I arranged pinned shortcuts according to my most used placed first:

But when that Folder is closed the icons in the preview don't match the internal layout:

Is there some setting I have to enable in the start11 software or there's nothing I can do about this (If that's the case PLEASE add this feature or let me know a workaround for this issue) I have this issue for every other folder I have made in start11.

P.s. I am using the windows 10-style layout

You could use a custom icon for the folder image instead of the small icons. Just right click the folder and then select Icon>Pick custom tile image..., and then select an image you want to use for the folder. In your example above, you could use the Office icon as the folder image. Give it a try, you might like it.

This is a good idea but I have lots of other folders for which creating a single icon is not possible for example I have a folder made for "hardware monitoring tools" and in that folder, I have pinned about 7 software so this method won't work these types of folders

You could use something like this for Hardware Monitoring Tools.
