Add shortcut to Start11 -> Default Group and Icon

How do we change the size of newly created links/icons in the startmenu? Also, how does Start11 decide in which group the shortcut is added?

 

All my shortcuts are small, for example.  Default seems to be medium.

New pins are added at the bottom of the Start menu page displayed when you pin. You'll have to move it where you want it after it is pinned.
