Funny Keyboard Typing

The mouse is working properly but the keyboard is typing the wrong character every single time I need to type something. also, if you typing the same letter keep changing it every single time. For example, type h first error will 6 but if I type again h now shows b.
I verify the keyboard setup in each computer is the same. Microsoft Windows 10 & 11.
Have checked the AV software - it is the same I have used for years and Multiplicity always worked until about 2 months ago.
I used this software back when it was part of EdgeRunner and then Stardock. Have always installed all the upgrades of this software.
