Those key combinations don't seem to do anything, but I have a somewhat complex setup:
Fences is running on a Windows 10 Virtual Machine (22H2) under the Proxmox hypervisor. This machine is a race horse with several environments running under the hood. This is my Windows daily driver. I've considered using Microsoft's hypervisor, but it has poor capabilities when it comes to Linux and no support for containers. The Microsoft hypervisor is great if you want to spin up a number of Windows environments, but this is not what I'm lookinhg for.
I connect to this environment using Microsoft Remote Desktop from another Windows 11 machine. So far, I've found Windows 11 to be a bit buggy with Remote Desktop sometimes failing. This machine is intended for testing Windows 11 but has limited ram capabilities (16GB). I tend to have lots of tabs open in a given browser at any time. This older machine isn't capable of more memory, so it is what it is. In general, I've found Remote Desktop to be somewhat lacking with passing hotkey combinations.
I have 1GB networking between these machines running through a business class switch, so I doubt this has any impact.
So, what I'm suggesting is a checkbox setting in the roll-up fences group for Always on Top functionality for a rolled out fence, but only if it is not held rolled out by double click.
The delay suggestions should also be located here with delay fill-in boxes allowed in a numerical quantity in milliseconds.
