Upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0

Hello,

I have Fences 2.0 installed again after reinstalling windows 10. I was using 3.0 on my old windows 10. How to I get a free upgrade to 3.0?

The current version being sold is Fences 4. You won't find 2 nor 3, and you can't upgrade from 2 to 3.
