Fences periodically shifts all fences to 2nd monitor after computer comes out of sleep

I have tried everything. Hooking and unhooking the 2nd monitor, restoring snapshots, changing which monitor is primary, etc etc

Nothing stops it.

I'll come back, open the lid, and bam..all of my fences are back on the 2nd screen instead of the primary. The only way to get them back is to unlock the fences and manually move them back.

Any tips before I uninstall this program?

Thanks, but a brief read of that thread sounds like it is all about three monitor or four monitor systems. I'm only using the monitor that's built into the laptop and then a secondary monitor hooked up to the laptop. I don't have any option to change which order they're plugged in lol

BTW, Did you try save and restore layout snapshot? And did you read through the whole thread.

Yes, in my original post I stated that I tried restoring snapshots

Still an issue.

I definitely won't be recommending this program to anyone anymore until it's fixed. Extremely annoying having to constantly redo it.

I have this problem with only the monitor on the computer where Fences is installed. Sometimes, without warning, the Fences will seem to slide to the left side of the monitor and vanish. They usually come back with a reboot. However, some icons become "stranded" on what's left of the desktop after the Fences slide away. This happens on both my Lenovo Desktop and my Lenovo laptop. Any idea of what's going on.

The threads about this all seem to involve set ups with multiple monitors.

Thanks,

Jim

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. That might be the Desktop Pages is changing page. If you don't need that Feature you can disable it and see if the issue still happen.

Thanks
