The notification of whatsapp incoming call frame flickers on Windows 11 after I use the themes from WindowsBlinds 11.

The issue like this.
I don't see the issue "incoming call" flicker on your whatsapp taskbar icon. Can I know more information on your system.
Also, do know, even you exclude an application from Windowblinds the taskbar and its taskbar buttons will still be skin by Windowblinds. Just that application Windows Frame will not be skin.
