Support for toolbars in taskbar?

Will a support for taskbar toolbars be implemented? Or not?

For example, somethng like a very useful BatteryBar toolbar for displaying remaining battery life, power consumption  and other battery details in a toolbar. And I suppose many other 3rd party toolbars... Or even self made toolbars, like in Windows 10 taskbar (right click on taskbar, Toolbars, New toolbar).
