Start11 - New install - Original startmenu migration issue

Installed Start11 1.30 and 1.31 and both have the same issue.

The block with the red line around it was not migrated to Start11 (screenshot from Windows 10 startmenu). This was because all of the shortcuts in it were grouped shortcuts. When adding a single normal shortcut to said set the whole set was properly migrated.
