Start11 on Steam prompting for product key

from Stardock Forums

I bought the Start11 and multi device DLC from Steam today and it's prompting for a product key on install.

I already had licenses for it directly from Stardock.  The steps I followed were:
Uninstalled the current version and chose the option to delete all settings.
Restarted.
Installed the new version from Steam.
It prompted for a product key after installation.

How can I bypass this or provide the requested information?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall via Steam and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
