Audio Sharing no longer working

I run 7 computers on Multiplicity and have had few issues over the years. Yesterday audio sharing stopped working between all computers. Nothing has changed as far as software except maybe a windows update. All settings are the same, IP address the same,  ports etc.

I followed everything in the audio faq https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq#audio
including disabling AV and windows firewall. Still no sound being sent. They are all being sent to the IP of the primary with the same settings that have worked for literally years.

It was working fine yesterday until I restarted and applied a windows update to WIndows 10 x64.

Any help would be appreciated.

*edit: All computers are running 3.57*
Im not able to uninstall or restore the update just for troubleshooting.

After resetting Multiplicity processes dozens of times, i got audio to broadcast through briefly (less than 1 min) before shifting back to the PCs own speaker. Only 1 computer got through that time.

Been disabling other startup programs just to test, no luck.

for anyone seeing this - the batch file mentioned by the OP only configures the firewall rule for domain and private network profiles - it is possible that your receiving pc's lan is setup as public in windows in which case it wouldn't work - either modify the rule to include public profile or change your network profile to private / domain. Restart both pcs after all just in case.
