Unable to close some programs

from Stardock Forums

Since installing Windows blinds I am unable to close some programs, mainly winrar. I can open it and extract files, but when I click the cross nothing happens. I can still use the program, but am unable to close it from the file menu, or from the x in the corner. I need to end the task.

WindowBlinds 11.00 BETA (007 x64 - Windows 11 Edition) - 64 bit OS

Window titlebar blur features are enabled on this operating system

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If any program/application that is not compatible with Windowblinds, you should exclude it from Windowblinds.

Idk what this issue is but this does not happen with Winrar 6.11 on my machine using the latest version of Windows 11 and WB11 Beta.

 

Make sure you are using the latest version from the programs website. https://www.win-rar.com/start.html?&L=0

The issue is resolved in the beta 2 update of WB11 which hopefully can be released again after some tweaks later this week.
