aaargh...

okay why is it that when I make a good looking image and it looks professional and all it gets rejected...but when I make cheap images that take about 30seconds they get approved?

i think it depends on what your trying to upload.
Its probably harder to get a wallpaper submitted then a logon

um okay...I will make them as images and try to see if they work, I have never gotten a background in even though it looks pretty good.

Time is not a criteria for defining 'good' work.

Some Bryce users like to announce the render time.....which often is a sad indictment on their quality of life-experience as the results are often utter crud and a testament to a lost 3 days [or whatever].

Some 'quickies' [many] are likewise horrendously horrible [redundancy there].....but good can be had with both the quick AND the slow....

#3,

Jafo, you are wrong about that one, time IS a criteria for good.

3ds max or photoshop work can't be 'good' if they are under the 1 or 2 hour.... those between 2-5 hours are exeptions, work that took longer than 5 hour is most likely good.

jafo, might want to 'check' this: https://www.wincustomize.com/msgboard.asp?BID=WC&id=209749. (that is if you are still awake )

Wrong, Styl....an idiot dithering with Photoshop for a week will still fail compared with an artisan with ten minutes to spare.

Don't confuse effort with talent, nor time with experience or caution with capability...
