No Product Shortcut Icons

from Stardock Forums

Some of the shortcut links I have pinned to Start11 do not have an image on the shortcut, only a blank white placeholder. How can I get the image for it?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. May I know more information on your issue please.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? And its version number. Use Winver.exe to get that.
  2. Start11 version numbers.
  3. Which Start11 "Style" you're using?
  4. Post screenshot of your issue will help us understand better.

Adobe Bridge, Photoshop and Lightroom Classic, and Revo Uninstaller Pro. Just realized as I was typing these that they were all updated in the past week. Don't know if that means anything but there you go.

No need to go further on this. I just updated my graphics driver and the problem went away.

I suspect it was a broken icon cache of some sort then.  Windows is prone to such issues, though Windows 11 is from my personal experience worse than Win10 in this regard.
